KAWI Housing was formed as a vehicle for investment, creating and growing members’ wealth, and improving their social well-being.We are a Housing Cooperative Society Ltd. The society was formed as a particular purpose vehicle for investment for members for creating and growing members’ wealth and improving their social well-being. The Society was registered with the Commissioner of Cooperatives and incorporated on 18th October 2013, having met all the necessary legal requirements.
The success of our business is mainly a result of buying undivided parcels of land, undertaking due diligence to confirm that the land has a good title and is free from any encumbrances, subdividing it and selling to members at a small markup and to non-members at market rate.
